3．The guidance and the activities of nurses involved in radioiodine therapy at Ahospital

Nuclear medicine therapy is noticed as a new expectation of nuclear medicine medical care. We are mainly educated and experienced in diagnostic imaging. However, education and experience in nuclear medicine therapy are not sufficient. In this symposium, the human resources development which shoulders the nuclear medicine therapy is discussed. First of all, we share the appeal and importance of nuclear medicine therapy. Based on the lectures given by doctors, radiological technologists, and nurses involved in nuclear medicine therapy, we consider the development of human resources for safe nuclear medicine therapy, especially the development of radiological technologists.
