Alveolar ridge augmentation and mandibular reconstruction by iliac particulate cancellous bone and marrow graft

　歯を喪失した場合の機能回復法として，インプラントを用いた補綴治療（インプラント治療）は優れており，インプラント治療を希望される患者さんは多い．しかし，インプラント埋入予定部位に十分な骨量が存在しないため，骨増生（造成）が必要な症例も多い．現在においても，自家骨移植は骨増生（造成）のゴールドスタンダードとされており，臨床的に有効な骨増生（造成）法である．しかし，骨採取部位への侵襲性と，採取骨量に限度があることが，自家骨移植の問題である．インプラント臨床においては，効果的で，低侵襲で，簡便な骨増生（造成）法が求められている．<br>　本企画公演では，最初に飯野光喜先生に骨海綿骨細片移植による顎骨再建について，次に宮本洋二先生に新規骨補填材である炭酸アパタイト顆粒の臨床応用についてご講演いただく．そして最後に西村正宏先生に，顎骨増生（造成）の未来についてご講演いただいき，3名の演者の先生方と，インプラント治療に必要な骨増生（造成）についてのディスカッションをおこないたい．
