How to approach the treatment of the patient with hopeless implants

　昨年に続き，DGIからアッカマン先生が来日されます．先生の数十年にわたる臨床経験をベースとしたご講演は，いつも我々に多くの教訓を示されます．今回のご講演では，インプラント周囲炎や，インプラント撤去後の審美を含めたリカバリー症例を提示していただけるようですので大変楽しみにしております．<br>　インプラント治療を長年続ければ続けるほど，いろいろな偶発症に遭遇するものです．その都度，その原因を分析し，リカバリーの方策を考えるのですが，最初の治療に比べれば，やり直しの治療の方がより困難なことが常です．<br>　もう一人の演者のシム先生は，KAOMI （Korean Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Implantology）を通じてご講演をお願いした先生です．インプラント補綴治療におけるデジタルの活用が御専門です．今や，術前のCTを含めた資料はほとんどがデジタル化され，それらを活用することでより正確で適切な治療計画が立案でき，それをベースとしたGuided surgeryなども一般的となってきました．<br>　しかしながら，術者の長い経験から来るアナログの知識が不必要というわけではないと思います．その意味で，アッカマン先生の長い経験を踏まえたお話と，デジタル最前線のシム先生のお話が同時に聞けるこのセッションは大変有意義ですので，是非ご参加下さい．
