Communication with dental technicians in implant treatment -From point view of the dentists-

　近年，デジタル技術がインプラント治療に導入され，急速に普及している．同様にインプラント治療に関わる歯科技工にもデジタル技術が急速に応用されている．デジタルワークフローは，CTデータを基盤とした検査・診断，治療計画の立案，そしてガイドサージェリーから，口腔内の印象採得，模型の印象採得，ヴァーチャル咬合器の利用とCAD，CAMによる上部構造の作製などが含まれる．このような状況のインプラント治療において，歯科技工士は従来よりも大変幅広く，複雑な作業を受け持っている．<br>　従来のアナログの治療では，歯科医師と歯科技工士のコミュニケーションは模型と技工指示書を基盤としたものであったが，デジタルワークフローでは，データをインターネット経由で送信するといった簡便性がある反面，上記のごとく多様で複雑な作業を含むため，より緊密なコミュニケーションが要求される．<br>　また，今日のインプラント関連技工作業は，必ずしもすべてをデジタルで行うのでなく，デジタルとアナログが混在している．そのため，歯科技工士は機器，術式，手技などについて幅広い知識と技術が要求される．<br>　今回は，このような環境における歯科医師と歯科技工士のコミュニケーションと具体的なデジタル機器を応用した歯科技工について，実際に一緒に仕事をされている萩原芳幸先生と中島清史先生に，歯科医師および歯科技工士の立場からご講演をいただく．
