救急・ICUにおける最適なAUC評価法

抗菌薬TDM臨床実践ガイドライン2022においてバンコマイシンの有効性と安全性の評価が、使い慣れたトラフ値からAUCに変更された。改訂に伴い様々なクリニカルクエスチョンが臨床現場から寄せられた。採血ポイント数、特殊病態下における評価法、腎機能の評価法、MRSA以外の菌種に対する目標AUCなどである。本シンポジウムでは、改訂から2年が経ち課題を解決するために各施設において多機関共同研究等が実践され、その回答となるべく結果を得た先生方に発表して頂く。すべて最新のデータであり聴講者の方々が常日頃抱いている疑問を解決し明日からのTDM業務に活かせる内容である。今回構築されたエビデンスは次回ガイドライン改訂時に引用され新たな推奨となることで、患者の予後改善ならびに医療者の負担軽減に繋がると期待される。世界的に解決されていない課題に挑戦しエビデンスを構築した各発表は独自性が非常に高い。
