ポリファーマシー対策における病院・薬局合同カンファレンス

　2022年度医療薬学会学術第3小委員会では「症例検討による省察の推進と教育への展開を目指した調査研究」をテーマに活動を行っている。<br/>　2040年問題を見据えて薬学教育モデル・コア・カリキュラムが令和4年度に改訂された。基本的方針として、大きく変貌する社会で活躍できる薬剤師を想定した教育、医学・歯学教育のモデル・コア・カリキュラムとの一部共通化などがある。これらの方針は卒後教育においても考慮すべき内容と考えられる。<br/>　本シンポジウムでは新コアカリ改訂を踏まえつつ、薬剤師の卒後教育における症例検討会の意義にフォーカスして議論したい。大学での卒前教育の事例、他職種として医師の卒後教育の現状、認定・専門薬剤師取得推進を考慮した症例検討会、薬局と病院の合同症例検討会などの実例、本委員会が実施した症例検討会に関するアンケート調査の結果報告などの発表をもとに、これからの薬剤師の卒後教育について考える。
