肝障害患者の薬物動態の予測はなぜ難しいのか

医療の高度化、多様化に伴い薬物療法も複雑化しており、薬物療法を支える幅広い知識を組み合わせた薬学的アプローチを行い医師と協働して質の高い薬物療法を実現することが薬剤師に期待されている。<br/>日本医療薬学会では、薬物療法専門薬剤師、地域薬学ケア専門薬剤師、医療薬学専門薬剤師、がん専門薬剤師の4つの認定制度について見直しまたは新たに制定し、専門薬剤師育成・更新のために各研修ガイドライン等を策定するとともに薬物療法集中講義を企画してきた。しかし研修ガイドラインに記載された項目の中には、研修施設によっては研修実施が難しい項目があり、疾患別薬物療法中心の集中講義では補完が難しいとの意見もある。<br/>本シンポジウムでは、薬物療法集中講義を補完するような内容について各分野の専門家から講演いただく。
