消化器がん領域の副作用管理

令和6年度の診療報酬改定において、外来化学療法患者に対する薬剤師介入の更なる充実化が期待され、外来腫瘍化学療法診療料1に紐づく「がん薬物療法体制充実加算」が新設された。今後は診察後介入のみならず、診察前介入も取り入れた患者のニーズに応える薬学的介入を展開する変革期となる。しかしながら各種団体が行ったアンケート調査において注射抗がん薬（経口抗がん薬との併用を含む）治療患者では、外来化学療法室での診察後の対応が多く、実績はまだ浅いことが示されている。<br/>そこで本シンポジウムは、診察前介入を取り入れる切っ掛けを探索するべく、診察前介入にニーズの高い患者を把握する「気づき」の部分に着目し、診察前介入のメリットを最大限に活用できる患者ニーズについてそれぞれの癌腫別で解説をいただく。その後、今後の外来化学療法に対する薬剤師業務の現状からミライ像に向けたディスカッションを展開したい。
