最先端イメージング技術で視る薬物吸収動態とその変動要因

経口投与は、最も広く用いられている薬物の投与経路である。一方で薬物の消化管吸収は、消化管の生理的状態 (消化管運動、管腔内pHなど)、食事の有無やその種類、特定の飲食物、病態など、さまざまな要因により変動を受けるため、個人差が大きい。したがって、眼前の患者における消化管吸収の変動を論ずるにあたっては、薬物の消化管吸収に関して、そのメカニズムや変動要因、薬物の物性との関係などを科学的に理解しておく必要がある。しかしながら、薬物の消化管吸収に関して、科学的に十分理解している薬剤師は多くないと思われる。そこで本シンポジウムでは、薬物の消化管吸収やその変動要因について科学的な理解を再確認するとともに、第一線の研究者から、臨床的に重要な最近の研究成果を発表していただき、参加者の消化管吸収に対する知見を深耕することを目的とする。
