病院薬剤師の出向制度の構築とその効果

令和6年診療報酬改定で、病棟薬剤業務実施加算1に関する薬剤業務向上加算が新設された。本加算は、（1）免許取得直後の薬剤師を対象とした病棟業務等に係る総合的な研修が実施され、（2）都道府県における薬剤師確保の取組を実施する部署と連携して自施設の薬剤師を他の保険医療機関へ出向を実施させる体制を持つ、（3）特定機能病院若しくは急性期充実体制加算1、2に係る届出を行っている病院が対象であり、要件を満たすことは容易でない。<br/>本シンポジウムでは、本加算新設以前より薬剤師の出向を実施している石川県、宮城県の事例を取り上げ、薬剤師の出向体制の整備に対する要点と出向による効果、および診療報酬改定における本加算の新設の経緯について紹介いただいた後、出向元病院の施設要件の整備や出向受け入れ病院の選定と準備に係る工夫や留意点を共有したい。
