近年、漢方医学教育の変化や漢方製剤の市場の増加など、今や保険診療において漢方薬は欠かせない薬剤となっている。一方、漢方薬の作用機序についての科学的根拠に関する基礎や臨床研究も進んでおり、漢方薬の新たな可能性も見出されている。本シンポジウムでは、保険診療における漢方薬の役割と新たなエビデンスの創出に関する最新の研究成果を紹介する。
