<a href="https://confit-sfs.atlas.jp/customer/jspm2017/IJSYロゴ.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="https://confit-sfs.atlas.jp/customer/jspm2017/IJSYロゴ.jpg" alt="IJSYロゴ.jpg"></a> 企画趣旨 　近年、がん治療全体のケアの中に緩和ケアをどのようにおいていくのか、がん治療と緩和ケアとの併診のあり方が注目されており、がん対策基本計画においても、診断時からの緩和ケアというキーワードにて早い段階からの緩和ケアの取り組みが推奨されてきました。これは日本だけではなく、世界の潮流であり、欧州臨床腫瘍学会（ESMO）においては文化の異なる複数の国におけるがんのケアと緩和ケアの融合について調査や取り組みが始まっています。その中心となっているProf. Strasser、ASCOのサポーティブケアのガイドライングループのアドバイザーでもあるProf.Brueraに参加して頂き、世界と日本の現状について日本癌治療学会、日本臨床腫瘍学会と日本緩和医療学会からご登壇と合わせて専門家の発表と議論を通して学び、日本のNext stepを探索していきます。 細川　豊史 利益相反1 〜 13：利益相反開示事項4（久光製薬株式会社、ファイザー株式会社）、左記以外は該当無し 有賀　悦子 利益相反1 ～ 13：該当無し
