緩和ケアの専門性であるQuality of Dyingの向上を達成するためにこれからの10年で何をすればよいのか？

企画趣旨 　わが国は超高齢社会を迎え、多くの高齢者が人生の最終段階（エンド・オブ・ライフ）と向き合う時代になっています。すでに北米、イギリス、ヨーロッパでは緩和ケアの進化した形態として高齢者のエンド・オブ・ライフ ケアが提供され始めています。人生の最終段階がいつの時期から始まるのか、どれくらいの期間を指すのか、国際的にもわが国でも合意は得られていません。近年、高齢者の多様性や寿命の延伸に注目して、高齢者の定義を見直す動きもあります。 　本シンポジウムでは、日本死の臨床研究会、日本ホスピス緩和ケア協会との合同シンポジウムとして、シンポジストと参加者で最初にわが国における非がん疾患も含めた高齢者のエンド・オブ・ライフ ケアの現状と課題を共有し、次にこれからの方向性について討論したいと思います。そして、高齢者の特性をふまえたケアを実践していくための方法や医療専門職、介護専門職への教育を中心に、エンド・オブ・ライフ ケアのあり方を考えたいと思います。 志真　泰夫 利益相反1 〜 13：該当無し 柏木　雄次郎 利益相反1 〜 13：該当無し
