がん医療と費用対効果評価－良く効くけれど高い抗がん剤をどう考えるか？－

企画趣旨　第1期と第2期のがん対策推進基本計画、各々5年が、2017年6月にて一つの区切りを迎え、間もなく第3期がん対策推進基本計画が発布されます。この第22回日本緩和医療学会学術大会は、まさにこの新基本計画が始動するときに開催されます。 　その節目にあたり、厚生労働省、日本癌治療学会、当学会（日本緩和医療学会）、そして、2015年5月に設立された全国がん患者団体連合会を代表される方々と共に、全てのがん患者が尊厳を保ち、安心して生きていける社会を如何に構築していくかを考えるシンポジウムがここに企画されました。 　この10年間の国のがん対策を振り返り、そして第3期がん対策推進基本計画をどう進めるかについての考えを様々な立場からお話し頂くことと、臨床の現場で起きていること、がん教育や研究について、がん治療と緩和医療、そして医療社会学や患者の立場などから、多角的にお話ししていただくことをお願いしています。 　今後、本邦における緩和ケアを含めた患者目線も十分考慮した“がん対策”はどうあるべきか、このシンポジウムで大いに検討したいと思います。 細川　豊史 利益相反1 〜 13：利益相反開示事項4（久光製薬株式会社、ファイザー株式会社）、左記以外は該当無し 江口　研二 利益相反1 ～ 13：該当無し
