婦人科腫瘍患者の緩和医療とは？ 日本婦人科腫瘍学会より

企画趣旨 　婦人科がんは、身体面、機能面、社会面、心理面、ホルモンの欠落による問題など多くの面で患者の生活の質に影響を与えることとなり、特に若年がん患者にとって妊孕性温存が不可能となる場合には、さらなる苦痛を与えることになります。加えて、女性としてのみならず母として妻として家庭や家族のことを考えなければならない婦人科がん患者にとって、精神的な負担も大きくなることから、婦人科がん診療における緩和医療の適切な実践は大変重要のものとなります。そこで、婦人科がん患者及びその家族に質の高い適切な緩和医療・ケアを提供し、患者・家族のQOL（人生の質、生活の質）が高く維持されることを目的として、「特定非営利活動法人 婦人科腫瘍の緩和医療を考える会」が2012年に設立されました。本合同シンポジウムでは「婦人科がん患者に対する緩和医療の適切な実践を目指してー婦人科がん特有の緩和医療とは？」を企画させて頂きました。シンポジウムでは、本会のこれまでの本領域における取り組みを概説させていただき、会場の皆様と「婦人科がん特有の緩和医療とは？」に関して議論させて頂ければ幸いです。 鈴木　直 利益相反1 〜 13：利益相反開示事項8（「分類」A、「名称」メルクセローノ株式会社、「研究名称」がん生殖医療（妊孕性温存）に関する研究、「期間」2015年10月1日〜 2016年9月30日、「支払い期間」平成28年10月）、左記以外は該当無し 宮城　悦子 利益相反1 ～ 13：該当無し
