企画趣旨<BR>　がん患者における摂食嚥下は、極めて重要なテーマです。口から食べるということは生命を維持する根源的な活動であって、これを維持することは人間（ヒト）としてのidentityを保つことにもつながります。同時に、食べることは生きる喜びや楽しみの源でもあります。しかし、嚥下機能が低下してきた患者に対して、私たちが食べることを安易にあきらめさせていることはないでしょうか。小山珠美先生は、食べることの重要性を強く認識され、可能性をあきらめずに真摯に取り組んでおられる摂食嚥下のスペシャリストです。先生の豊富なご経験とプロフェッショナルの技とスキルを学び、がん患者における摂食嚥下を改めて考え直してみたいと思います。<BR><BR>二村　昭彦 利益相反1 〜 13：該当無し
