Integration of Oncology & Palliative Care: An ESMO-focused global perspective

<a href="https://confit-sfs.atlas.jp/customer/jspm2017/IJSYロゴ.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="https://confit-sfs.atlas.jp/customer/jspm2017/IJSYロゴ.jpg" alt="IJSYロゴ.jpg"></a> 企画趣旨 　Temel et al.（2010）が報告した’専門的’緩和ケアをがん医療の早い時期から’統合’すると患者と家族のアウトカムが好ましい影響を受けたというエビデンスに加速され、北米のみならず欧州やアジアからも同様の報告が始まっています。そしてESMO/ASCO global curriculumでも緩和ケア、EOLケア、支持療法、サイコオンコロジー、コミュニケーションの項目は強調されているように、全てのがん患者に緩和ケアを提供することが、腫瘍医の必須技能であり義務となっています。最近になって新薬の登場によりますます予測不能な事態が多くなり、内科の力、そして高齢化により老年腫瘍学の力も必要となっています。しかし多くの国では未達成である。最近の調査によると、緩和のインフラは整い、緩和スクリーニングも始まっていますが、EOL discussionsは相変わらず30%に留まります。 　このような背景から、腫瘍学と緩和ケアを統合するESMO指定センターによるインセンティブプログラムは、40カ国200センターではじまりました。有望な緩和腫瘍医作りのためのプログラム（腫瘍医のための構造化された緩和ケアプログラム、緩和ケア専門医との相互学習の機会提供、そして共同研究の促進、など）、若い腫瘍医のためのプリセプターシップが用意されています。 内富　庸介 利益相反1 〜 13：利益相反開示事項7（「名称」株式会社クオール、「研究名称」コミュニケーションに関する教育資材に関する研究、「期間」平成27年〜平成29年度、「支払い時期」4月）、左記以外は該当無し
