診療ガイドライン作成への当事者・家族の参画：期待と課題

日本精神神経学会では、「統合失調症に合併する糖尿病・肥満の予防ガイド-当事者・家族版」（日本精神神経学会・日本糖尿病学会・日本肥満学会）および「精神疾患を合併した、或いは合併の可能性のある妊産婦の診療ガイド当事者・家族版」（日本精神神経学会・日本産科婦人科学会）という2つの当事者・家族版ガイドを作成してきた。これらの当事者・家族版ガイドは、専門家向けのガイドをもとにしつつ、当事者やその家族向けに全面的に書き直したものであり、当事者・家族からの意見を収集しながら作成している。本シンポジウムでは、まずこれら当事者・家族版ガイドの作成過程を振り返り、そしてその方法論を議論することで、その他の疾患ガイドの作成、さらには次回のガイド改訂の際に留意すべき事柄を議論したい。
