Practice of rapid prototyping in face shield development.

This report is about the prototype production using a laser cutting machine which was produced in the joint research "Research and development for the spread of low-cost simple face shields that can be used in medical institutions" with Associate Professor Hirotake Mori (Juntendo University) in 2020. The topic of face shield production is no longer novel. However, by stating the background and outline of the research and specific products, it is possible to consider the selection of materials and structural ideas on the premise of manufacturing.
