Research on skill sets required of UX designers

In this research project, the capabilities of UX designer that companies require are going to be identified by collecting and investigating articles in job boards, which are Green and Bizreach. Through this project, there are findings. The one is UX designers are required to obtain ability of designing GUI (Graphical User Interface). Moreover, UX designers should have knowledge of both front-end and back-end applications. Although UX designers don't need to have programming ability necessarily, he/she is required to build prototype with some code.
