Recently, libraries have been developing various activities other than book lending. However, Okegawa City is aware of the issue of the events becoming a rut. Therefore, the final objective of this study was to construct a "system in which knowledge and knowledge are gradually stocked and the frequency of library use naturally increases," and to obtain general knowledge from this system. As a result, it became clear that it was necessary to consider "inducement measures or content composition that induces interest" and to extract the elements necessary for content to motivate learning.
