Practice report of AIST Design School

Effect of My Will Development on Design Thinking

AIST Design School is a place to foster "co-creative leaders" who will create the society of the future by exploring what is truly needed (the common good) in the future society. From the practice of education since 2018, I came to the hypothesis that social implementation requires not a given social issue, but the issue arising from the individual or team. Since 2020, I have been developing “My Will”. In this paper, we report how My Will development changed the mindset of learners, and its effect and impact.
