Sedentary behavior is known to cause a variety of diseases and chronic physical disorders, including low back pain. With the change from the office work to a remote work, it is concerned that workers tend to continue working in a collapsed posture for extended periods of time. This study proposes a feedback system to prevent collapsed postures. The system is conceptualized and developed to encourage desk workers to change their behavior spontaneously without interfering with their work.
