Introduction to Research Support Infrastructure and Quality Stabilization Efforts through Automation at the NGS Core Facility, Osaka University.

Our NGS core facility at the Research Institute for Microbial Diseases, Osaka University, provides support for NGS technology-based research to all researchers. Specifically, the laboratory has established a system to provide comprehensive support for research, ranging from experimental design, sequencing, and data analysis to assistance with writing papers. In this presentation, we will introduce our research support infrastructure, along with the establishment of stable experimental methods and precision control, which are crucial for processing multiple samples, as well as the utilization of automated library preparation machines for high-throughput.<br>
