Epigenetic heterogeneity in cancer-associated fibroblast of pancreatic cancer

Epigenome is essential for the development of our bodies.  However, epigenome can be altered by various environmental stimuli, and the accumulation of these alterations can lead to the development of various diseases, such as cancers.  In this symposium, we will focus on the epigenome and its regulators, and introduce the molecular mechanisms by which their dysregulation induces the diseases.  We will also discuss the recent advancement of therapeutic strategies targeting epigenome dysregulations.<br>
