Quantitative analysis of heterogeneity with single-cell level by VARIED method

Recent breakthroughs in omics and single-cell analysis reveals cellular heterogeneity and gene-expressional heterogeneity in various situation, including development, aging, and cancer. In this symposium, we will take a "quantitative" viewpoint of heterogeneity and approach the essence of the mechanism in heterogeneity. The regulation and dynamics of heterogeneity will be discussed from broad-based field including quantitative analysis of heterogeneity, mathematical model, and in vivo live imaging.<br>
