Novel Transcriptome Dynamics Revealed by Time-Series RNA-Seq Analysis during Reprogramming of Somatic Cells

Human pluripotent stem cells are widely used as versatile and valuable tools and resources, contributing to regenerative medicine and drug discovery as part of molecular, cellular, and developmental biology and its applied research and development for human biological phenomena for which in vivo experiments cannot be performed. This symposium will introduce advanced studies using human pluripotent stem cells in the areas of reprogramming, genome editing, pioneering factors, transcriptome, proteome, disease modeling, and therapeutic development, and will provide an opportunity to consider the future use and further development of pluripotent stem cells.<br>
