Development and optimization of gene knock-in technology with the elimination of a large genomic fragment using CRISPR-Cas3 in human cultured cells

Co-hosted by The Japanese Society for Genome Editing Demand for gene knock-in technology, which accurately inserts a DNA fragment into a target gene locus, is extremely high, necessitating the development and improvement of methods that can perform this process simply and efficiently. This symposium will introduce a variety of approaches and related technologies for gene knock-in, from classical methods to the latest technologies. The speakers will discuss advantages, challenges and its application of the technology, as well as future prospects of each method.
