Masashi Aoki, Naoki Suzuki, Tetsuya Akiyama, Hitoshi Warita(Department of Neurology, Tohoku University School of Medicine, Japan)
Dr. Aoki graduated Tohoku University School of Medicine (MD) and was given PhD degree from the same university. For 1996-1998, he worked abroad as a postdoctoral fellow in Massachusetts General Hospital under supervisory of Dr. Robert H Brown Jr. and investigated the genetics for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and muscular dystrophy. In 2011 he was promoted to Professor and Chair of Neurology at Tohoku University School of Medicine.
