[11p-Z18-6]Thermal effect of InP/InAs Nanowire Lasers Integrated with Optical Waveguides

Only recently have Telecom-band nanowires achieved lasing at room temperature [1]. This opens new venues for silicon optical devices. In this study, we tested and analyzed one such device and the thermal effects; lasing InP/InAs nanowires coupled with optical waveguides. Furthermore, we tested a microgripper as a method of repositioning single nanowires.
