降伏強度が同程度で中性子照射量が異なる304L ステンレス鋼に対して三次元アトムプローブ分析を行った。照射により形成されたミクロ組織にはニッケルとシリコンが濃化した溶質原子クラスターが観察され、そのサイズと数密度は照射量によらず同程度であった。
