ZircaloyとSUS304Lの上部端栓試験片を用いて1F4号機のSFPの水質環境を模擬した浸漬試験を実施し、ねじ構造部に侵入した塩化物イオンの挙動を定性的且つ定量的に評価した。その結果、ねじ構造部の塩化物イオンは、水質改善に伴って取り除かれることを確認した。
