There is a need for analysis of trace amount of strontium isotopes in various fields. We have investigated some promising three-step resonance ionization schemes of strontium with high isotope selectivity using the first-step intercombination transition. Isotope shifts were measured for each transition and the expected isotope selectivity of strontium was evaluated with these schemes.
