The ImPACT Fujita Program is aimed at investigating possible conversion from long lived fission products (LLFP) into stable and short-lived isotopes. It is important to understand nuclear structure of the LLFP. The long-lived nature may come from their peculiar structure, which are also suggested from experimental and theoretical researches on the shape fluctuating nature in those nuclei. We have developed a microscopic collective model whose parameters are calculated based on nuclear density functional theory. For this purpose, recently, we have succeeded to developed a computer code for the linear response calculation based on three-dimensional Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov method. Several applications to LLFP regions, and roles of nuclear shape fluctuation will be reported.
