Enhancement of nuclear non-proliferation and security is crucially required in the world and the development of non-destructive assay(NDA) techniques is strongly demanded. In the present study, focusing on the nuclear data and its preparedness, (1) surveillance of nuclear reaction and its data important for NDA techniques, (2) collection of nuclear data and analysis by numerical NDA performance simulation, (3) preparing the list of nuclear data and desired accuracy induced by its importance and urgency in nuclear non-proliferation and security. In this presentation, the reserach overview is shown.
