It is well-known that both oxide of PuO2 and CeO2 have fluorite structure and nonstoichiometric compound. CeO2 is used in various experimets as simulated material of PuO2, because properties of both materials are almost same. In this work, defect formation energies are calculated by DFT, and defect equilibria and oxygen potential were evaluated.
