Nuclear data evaluation was performed for carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and fluorine in the resolved resonance region of incident neutrons. Through R-matrix analyis which energy resoluation was considered, differential cross-sections were improved from those in the previous library. The neutron capture cross-sections were also improved by taking account the direct process.
