When isotope separators with small separation factors are used to concentrate 6Li, which is rare in nature, to high concentrations, a cascade of these isotope separators connected in multiple stages may be used. Therefore, information on which separation elements are connected to which separation elements in a cascade was arbitrarily given, and under such circumstances, the separation factor of some separation elements was set to 1 to express a failure, and the effect of the failure point on the concentration in the product stream was quantitatively evaluated.
