In seismic PRA, there is a possibility that multiple components can be damaged simultaneously due to common causes. Therefore, the analysis considering the response correlation is required. In this study, to clarify the effect of building nonlinearity on seismic correlation, we modeled the PCCV of a nuclear reactor facility with shear and bending nonlinearity, and conducted seismic response analysis using the model with observed ground motions.
