Application for Oral Presentation

Abstract Submission (June 20 to July 4) 

Only who has registered presentation can submit abstract.

  1. Enter the Log-in ID and Password which you set at account registration, and log into the registration website.
  2. Confirm the agreement and check "Agree", then register the presentation from "Final Submission" button.
  3. You are allowed to revise the information registered at your presentation registration (without Speaker and Subject Classification).
    *Please avoid any drastic change as the program has been arranged already with the information provided upon the presentation registration.
  4. Confirm whether the abstract is correctly uploaded, then click "Register" button.
  5. The submitted PDF file can be replaced anytime during the above submission period.

Create abstracts for presentation according to the abstract sample formats specified separately.

  • Length of the abstract
    The abstract length is limited to 1 page of A4: 210mm x 297mm. Please do not insert the page number in your abstract.
  • Columns
    Preset: 1 (Single column)
  • Margins
    Top: 20mm, Bottom: 20mm, Left: 20mm, Right: 20mm
  • Font type
    Use of Arial, Century, Times New Roman, Helvetica and Symbol is recommended. The font should be embedded if you wish to use other than these recommended font types.
  • Font size
    1) Title/Subtitle: 13pt, 2) Author names: 11pt, 3) Affiliations: 11pt, 4) Abstract: 10pt, 5) Keywords: 10pt, 6) Introduction~Conclusion: 10pt, 7) References: 9pt
  • Color
    There are no restrictions on the use of color materials for main body, figure or table.
  • Points to consider when preparing a PDF file
    The size of the PDF file sould not exceed 3MB. Any use of compressed file, password lock or other security functions is not allowed.

  • Authors (Speaker + Co-authors) information
    Name, Affiliations and Member ID
  • Presentation information
    Title, Abstract of your summary paper (approx. 120 words), Keywords

Also, please read Guideline carefully before registration.

  1. Register account by clicking the blue button (only appear during the registration period), then log into registration system.
  2. Confirm the agreement and check "Agree", then register the presentation from "New Submission" button.
  3. Once your registration is completes, Submission Number will be issued.
  4. You can modify your registered information anytime during the above registration period for oral presentation.

 

Detailed Notes about Registration
  1. You may save your abstract registration progress even during the registration process. Please click the " Save & Continue " button on the registration screen to temporarily save your abstract. This allows you to resume registration later. “ Uncompleted ” will be displayed on the abstract registration page when you save the abstract registration in progress.
  2. Affiliation Information: Register the affiliations of all Speakers and Co-authors. To reduce program space, please omit legal entities (e.g., Inc., Ltd.) and use abbreviations. The name of the department should not be included.
  3. Authors (Speaker + Co-authors) information:Register the names of all Speakers and Co-authors (up to 10 people). Only up to 10 names will be listed in the program. If there are more than 10 co-authors, please add them to your abstract manuscript. Authors can be sorted by drag & drop.
    Select the appropriate affiliation for each author. The affiliation information registered earlier will be displayed in a dropdown box. If no affiliation, check “ N / A ” To delete one, click the delete button next to it.
  4. Presentation information: Select the preferred subject classification and presentation language.The program will be organized by subject classification. If submitting a series presentation, please ensure all abstracts in the series fall under the same subject classification.
    Note: Your abstract may not be assigned to the preferred subject classification. No notice will be sent in such cases.
  5. Title:Enter both Japanese and English titles (including subtitles if applicable). Keep titles short and clear.
    For a series presentation, use the same main title for all, and subtitle for each one. add a numbered subtitle (e.g., “1. Introduction”). Please include the sequence number at the beginning of each subtitle to indicate the presentation order. Abstracts that do not follow these rules will not be considered part of a series.
  6. Abstract: Enter a summary of your presentation. If you are presenting in Japanese, please enter your presentation in both Japanese and English. If you are presenting in English, please enter English in both the Japanese and English fields.
  7. Keywords: Enter at least one keyword.
  8. Once all required information has been entered, a confirmation screen will appear. You may revise your registration by clicking the "Edit" button. After completing the confirmation, press the “ Submit ” button.
  9. After your registration is successfully accepted, a confirmation screen will show your abstract number. Save this number and your password.
  10. You will receive a confirmation email from the system after registration. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please contact our office as the registration may not have been successfully completed.

     

    Note: The email is in HTML format. It may appear garbled depending on your email settings.

     

  11. You can modify your registered information anytime during the registration period. To withdraw an abstract, log in and use the “ Withdraw ” on the homepage. Please note that once an abstract is withdrawn, it cannot be restored. After the deadline, changes to presenters, subject classification, or withdrawals will not be accepted in principle.
