In previous annual meetings, a cloakroom service was provided at the meeting venue, where staff received and managed participants’ belongings. However, due to the increasing number of items being left at the cloakroom, it has become difficult to provide adequate service.

Therefore, the cloakroom service will be operated differently from this year.

A cloakroom space will be available at the venue (Common Lecture Building A, 3F, Room A33, next to the Registration Desk). However, the Organizing Committee will not receive or manage participants’ belongings.

We strongly recommend that large items and other belongings be left at your hotel or in a coin-operated locker, and that you keep them under your own responsibility.

If you use the cloakroom space, please note the following:

September 9 (Wed.): 9:00–17:00
September 10 (Thu.): 9:00–17:30
September 11 (Fri.): 9:00–15:00

Important Information

• The Organizing Committee will not accept or check in your belongings, issue or manage baggage tags, or handle the return of belongings. Please place your belongings yourself in an available space within the cloakroom area. You are also responsible for retrieving your belongings within the designated hours.
• All belongings must be kept under your own responsibility. Please do not leave valuables, fragile items, important documents, or other items requiring special care in the cloakroom space. Keep such items with you at all times.
• Staff will be stationed near the entrance to the cloakroom space, but they will not be present at all times. Staff will also not assist with carrying belongings into or out of the cloakroom space.
• The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to belongings anywhere at the meeting venue, including the cloakroom space.
• The cloakroom space will be closed at the end of the designated hours. Please make sure to retrieve your belongings before the closing time.
• The Organizing Committee will not assume responsibility for storing or managing any belongings left behind after the designated hours.
• Access to the cloakroom space may be restricted when it becomes crowded.
