国内PWRプラントの中程度のCuを含む原子炉圧力容器廃炉材について、透過電子顕微鏡（TEM）観察と分析TEM（STEM/EDS）測定によって同一視野での溶質原子クラスタと転位ループの位置関係を調べた結果、一部の転位ループに近接したCuリッチクラスタの形成が確認された。
