中性子照射した原子炉圧力容器鋼（IVAR材）中の溶質原子クラスター形成に、照射温度（270,290,310℃）がどのように影響されるか、3次元アトムプローブ法によって調べた結果を示す。残留Cu濃度に着目してCuの拡散に関する照射促進効果を議論するとともに、照射後熱処理（350℃、5時間）による溶質原子クラスターの変化が、照射温度によって異なることについても示し、その原因を議論する。
