As a preliminary analysis for the reactor noise measurement in the modified STACY, we try applying the two Feynman-α methods using the variance-to-mean and the covariance-to-mean ratios with the circular block bootstrap method to quantify these statistical uncertainties. In this study, we will compare the prompt neutron decay constants α estimated by both methods and discuss the difference in α.
