In the source term assessment for SFRs, radioactive materials can be transported together with sodium oxide aerosols through the atmosphere in a containment vessel and finally released into the environment. In the atmosphere during the accident, various aerosols with different particle sizes and densities are expected to coexist. Enhanced agglomeration and deposition may reduce suspended aerosol concentrations, thereby decreasing the amount released into the environment. Therefore, it is crucial to evaluate the behavior of aerosols coexisting in the atmosphere. In this study, aerosol behavior was analyzed under conditions where aerosols with different size distributions coexist. This presentation focuses on variations in particle size distributions and temporal changes in aerosol concentrations.
