タンパク質を酵素的に修飾可能な自己組織化ペプチドを用いて、抗原タンパク質を自己組織化ペプチドファイバー上に修飾した。ファイバー上に導入された抗原タンパク質は、タンパク質単体と比較して免疫細胞への高い細胞内移行性を示した。本講演ではペプチドの自己組織化挙動、抗原タンパク質の修飾と細胞内デリバリーに加え、本タンパク質修飾ファイバーを用いたワクチン効果に関しても報告する。
