最近我々のグループでは、L-aTNAが非酵素的に高効率でライゲーションすることを明らかにし、L-aTNAの擬似プライマー伸長反応を非酵素的に実現した。本講演では、Pre-RNAワールド仮説に基づいた生命の起源について考察する。
