これまでに、迅速な人工抗体製法TRAP提示法を用いて、SARS-COV-2スパイクタンパク質に対する人工抗体Monobodyの創製に成功している。そして、得られたMonobodyをもとに飽和変異ライブラリを構築し、再度セレクションを行うことで親和性と中和活性の大幅な向上を達成したことについて報告する。
