細胞集団内から1細胞を選択的に回収する技術は、血中循環がん細胞などの希少な細胞の解析といった医療診断技術や薬剤探索技術の向上に不可欠である。従来の回収技術では、マイクロマニピュレータ―や光応答性の細胞接着材料等を用いた方法が提案されているが、操作の煩雑さや回収効率の低さが課題となっている。本研究では、特定の波長の光に反応して窒素ガスを発生する光応答性ガス発生ポリマーを用いた1細胞回収技術を提案し、その回収効率を評価した。
