新たに出現したOmicron株は、多くの抗体医薬品から逃避するため、有効な中和抗体の開発が重要である。TRAP提示法を用いて新たにセレクションを行ない、解離定数がOmicron RBDとBA.2 RBDについてKD = 0.61, 0.74 nMと強く結合し、Omicron株とOmicron BA.2株それぞれをIC50 = 0.41, 0.49 nM で感染を阻害するクローンの取得に成功した。
